 haddock Broiled haddock Recipe - This sounds delicious. Serve this to your family the next time you want to impress the inlaws.

Ingredients to make Broiled Haddock Recipe

1 1/2 pounds haddock filets
1 teaspoon salt, part seasoned, if desired
1/8 teaspoon pepper

3/4 cup soft fresh bread cubes
3 tablespoons butter, melted, divided
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme, crumbled
lemon wedges and chopped parsley for garnish

Directions to make Broiled Haddock Recipe

Step 1:

Sprinkle both sides of haddock with salt and pepper. Place in a shallow buttered baking dish or on a buttered broiler rack. Toss bread cubes with 2 tablespoons of the butter and the dried thyme.

Step 2:

Sprinkle over fish then drizzle with remaining butter. Place under broiler at 400° and broil for 25 minutes, or until fish is flaky and topping is browned.

Step 3:

Serve with lemon wedges and sprinkle with parsley.
