haddock Heavenly haddock Recipe - Haddock has always been one of my favorite fishes to cook with. Haddock is a very versatile fish to cook with. It’s clean and doesn’t have that extreme fish taste. Kids usually like this fish!

Ingredients to make Heavenly Haddock Recipe

2 lb. haddock fillets
1 Onion finely chopped
1/2 cup Saltine cracker crumbs
3 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped
1 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
4 oz. Mushrooms finely chopped
1 1/2 cups Low fat milk
3 tablespoons Instant blending flour
1/3 cup Dry white wine
1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
1/2 teaspoon Paprika

Directions to make Heavenly Haddock Recipe

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 400F.

Step 2:

Lightly spray a shallow baking dish with non-stick spray and place fillets in dish.

Step 3:

Saute chopped onion in a little bit of water. Drain and add cracker crumbs, parsley, pepper and chopped mushrooms.

Step 4:

Spread over fillets in baking dish. Heat milk in saucepan and blend in flour. Add wine.

Step 5:

Pour over fillets and bake at 400F for 25 minutes.

Step 6:

Sprinkle on Swiss cheese and paprika and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
