Ingredients to make Soy Lemon Broiled Haddock

one pound haddock fillets
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
secondly teaspoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
a couple tablespoons lemon juice
one tablespoon chopped clean parsley

Directions to make Soy Lemon Broiled Haddock

Step 1:

Cut fillets into serving pieces; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put together the soy sauce and vegetable oil.

Step 2:

Arrange the fish items on an oiled broiler rack; broil till golden brown, basting constantly with all the soy sauce mixture. Turn and broil for about five minutes more time, basting. Location fish over a warm platter.

Step 3:

Inside a saucepan, mix remaining oil and soy sauce with drippings; heat. Add lemon juice and parsley. Pour around fish.
